MSPs who have suffered and the Lessons Learnt

Cyber criminals know a good deal when they see one. Managed Service Providers (MSP) are tempting targets for cyber criminals to infiltrate. The successful exploit of an MSP could lead to many other targets ripe for confidential information plundering or ransomware attacks. Even better for the cyber criminals, is the “blame” and clean-up costs rest on the MSP’s shoulders.

The consequences of losing a customer or many customers due to a preventable breach will probably negate any future business coming your way. In fact, the MSP is very likely to have the most privileged user accounts in a customer’s environment and any email is treated with trust by customers. When it comes to protecting customer data, and privileged access accounts, MSPs need to protect themselves from the external threat of attackers; or an employee that goes rogue.

During the webinar, you will be taken through real-life examples of MSPs who have paid “the iron price” for letting down their guard when it comes to protecting customer information and access.
