WASHINGTON, D.C., August 5, 2019 — Thycotic, provider of privileged access management (PAM) solutions to 10,000 organizations worldwide, including 20 percent of the Fortune 1000, was announced as a multi-category winner in the 14th Annual 2019 IT World Awards presented by Network Products Guide. Thycotic took home five awards from the program, honored for individual, product and company achievements.

Fresh off winning the Cloud Computing Product of the Year from TMC, Thycotic was honored in five categories, including two “Bronze Winners,” two “Silver Winners” and a “Gold Winner.” The two bronze awards recognized Thycotic for the Identity and Access Management as a Service (IDaaS) category and as one of the top overall organizations with an award in the Company of the Year — Security Services category. One of the silvers commended the company’s solution and customer service for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, earning Thycotic the award in the Best Deployments and Customer Success of the Year in USA category.

Thycotic’s leaders were also honored. The company’s Chief Security Scientist (and CISSP) Joseph Carson won the silver in the Shaping Information Technology category for his contributions as a cyber expert, speaker, author and commentator. Capping off the list of awards, Thycotic took home the gold for Achievement in Management, honoring President and CEO James Legg for his leadership in the cybersecurity space.

“We are extremely proud to receive so many honors from the Network Products Guide and we appreciate the recognition for not just delivering innovative security solutions, but helping to drive our market forward,” Legg said. “This distinction validates our commitment to succeeding at all aspects of the business by providing world-class PAM products, superior customer service and thought leadership to the cybersecurity industry.”
