WASHINGTON, May 16, 2016 – Thycotic, provider of privileged account management (PAM) solutions for more than 7,500 organizations worldwide, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Helen Morse, director of Channel Marketing and Operations at Thycotic, to its prestigious 2016 Women of the Channel list. The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees on the basis of their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.

Helen was brought on at Thycotic to rebuild the channel program, with a focus on making it a sustainable, scalable and manageable program not just in the U.S., but across the globe. Her focus has been on developing and rolling out the program. Helen and her team have built a complete model that has been very well received. In the past five months alone, partner registrations have increased significantly with the number of companies committing to working with Thycotic up by more than 600 percent.

“In the coming year, we’ll be continuing to build on the foundation we put in place in the last five months – increasing the number of distributors and resellers; focusing on and expanding globally; growing the level of skill and ability to execute in the reseller base; and expanding core revenue through the channel by building their demand generation engine, increasing deal registrations and close rates,” said Helen Morse, director of Channel Marketing and Operations at Thycotic. “We have a great incentive in our deal registration program, Thycotic Rewards, so we have high goals and metrics around lead generation, opportunity creation and closed business. It is wonderful to see all the hard work my team and I have put into the channel these last few months be recognized.”

“These executives have made a lasting mark on our industry—growing and elevating partner programs, leading transitions to new business models and introducing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies, among other remarkable achievements.” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate all the 2016 Women of the Channel and celebrate their singular contributions to the advancement of the channel ecosystem.”

The 2016 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at
