Secret Server Express

Password Management for IT Administrators

Centralized Vault for Passwords

Secret Server can be installed on a single server on your network. The application uses a centralized Microsoft SQL Server database which supports mirroring and access control that can scale from hundreds to thousands of users.

Web-based Access

Secret Server is a web-based application installed on your network which can be accessed by any platform. The four major web browsers are fully supported – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

Mobile Support

Secret Server has native apps for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry.

Active Directory Integration

Granular permissions can be assigned in Secret Server based on roles and also users/groups within Active Directory. Role based access control makes it very easy to provision access to passwords when a new administrator starts and needs access to systems.

Get granular access over your passwords with Secret Server

Secret Server provides an individual login to each user, can be your Active Directory credentials or RSA tokens (anything RADIUS compatible). When a user logs into Secret Server they are only able to view or change passwords for which they have been given explicit permission. For teams with multiple members, this allows you to limit access between those in different roles: Windows Server admins, UNIX admins, network admins and DBAs.
