Senior .NET developer

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, MS SQL Server, Javascript, JQuery and related technologies. Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience.
  • Ability to rapidly learn diverse technologies and apply them.
  • Good mentoring and leadership skills – ability to switch from teacher to student as the situation requires.
  • Substantial experience with large codebases.
  • Extensive experience with unit testing – mock frameworks, web testing, database testing, etc.
  • Ability to read and quickly understand new and existing code.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a passion for writing quality code, following best practices, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • You have a strong understanding of Object Oriented principles, the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, relational databases and web application development.
  • You are able to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients/customers.
  • You want to work in downtown Washington DC.
  • You want to develop using Test Driven Development.
  • You want to develop using Pair Programming.
  • You have the permanent legal right to work in the United States.
