Client Service Expert

The client services team strives to bring the best possible service to our growing customer base. As Thycotic’s Billing & Client Relations Specialist, you will act as an information resource to existing customers, solve problems, interact with multiple departments and most importantly, provide best-in-class customer experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, screen and respond to incoming customer e-mails, phone calls, and tickets for order processing, support renewals, upgrades, and purchases for new and existing customers.
  • Process high volume of incoming orders (PO’s, credit card, checks, PayPal, and wire transfers) in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and send out bills, invoices and bank deposits.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
  • Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the Company by sending bill reminders and making collection calls to outstanding accounts.
  • File and catalog documents and materials.
  • Resolve billing problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, such as MS Office Suite.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in order processing and billing.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
