Full Time / Salary + Commission

Thycotic’s Account Management Team is helping all types of organizations simplify IT security by using our awesome software. Are you a personable and outgoing sales professional who truly believes in consulting with your clients to find the best solution for them? About you:

  • You communicate well whether it’s in-person, on the phone, or via email. You have stellar interpersonal skill and can engage clients at trade shows, onsite meetings, and on calls. You are detail-oriented and would never send something to a client that includes a typo or misspelling.
  • You have experience guiding clients through the entire sales process. You know just what questions to ask to get to the heart of a problem and highlight the strengths of the solution you sell.
  • You are self-motivated, coachable, and a team player. Thycotic isn’t your typical sales environment. We are big on succeeding and failing as a team. We aren’t cutthroat about specific quotas and metrics – we work together and have an outstanding track record of surpassing all of our revenue goals.
  • You are solutions-oriented. Our sales team isn’t pushy or overly aggressive – we take a consultative approach on advising our clients on what is truly best for them.
  • You have the permanent legal right to work in the United States.

What a day-in-the-life looks like:

  • You will follow up with existing warm and hot leads who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Account Managers take initiative to research prospects, finding companies and contacts who might be interested in our services.
  • You will work with our Tech Engineers to run product demos that highlight our products’ strengths and capabilities.
  • You are able (and would even enjoy!) traveling to trade shows both locally within the US and abroad to engage and network with customers.
